This website supports the Southeast PA Human Resources Alliance (SEPHRA) as a resource to assist local government human resources professionals in sharing HR-related information in real-time. It also houses a message board for website user communications and an online document repository to share HR-related documents. The site is maintained by the Delaware Valley Trusts in cooperation SEPHRA.
